KG, a leading European company in the valve industry, has successfully acquired Warren Controls, Inc., a control valve manufacturer located in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. This acquisition marks a significant step in ARI’s strategic plan to bolster its presence in the United States, further solidifying its status as a global leader in the valve market. By bringing Warren Controls under its wing, ARI gains substantial expertise and experience in the control valve sector, enhancing its existing operations in the U.S. and broadening its product offerings.
